FEAR MY BOND!!
Froslass is another pokemon with a unique type combination, and it is one of my personal favorites to use in battle, as it is a bit of a trickster, and both of its abilities help it to mess with the enemy!
Snow Cloak: Raises the Pokemon’s evasion by one stage during a Hailstorm
Cursed Body: When a move makes contact has a 30% chance of being disabled.
Froslass’ typing is odd, it blocks out two types of moves, but does not really help against the weaknesses of either pure type.
Normal and Fighting type attacks.
Ice, Poison, and Bug type attacks.
Water, Electric, Grass, Ground, Flying, Psychic, Dragon, and Fairy type attacks.
Fire, Rock, Ghost, Dark, and Steel type attacks
Froslass’ base stats are very balanced, with only one stat going above 100, which happens to be her Speed stat, both defenses, and its Hp are the same, and both attack stats are the same as well.
Physical Attack: 80
Physical Defense: 70
Special Attack: 80
Special Defense: 70
Due to her extremely balanced stats, there are many different natures that are useful for Froslass, such as Timid, Hasty, Jolly, or Naive. All of which promote Speed, but hinder one of the other stats. Personally i prefer a Hasty or Naive Nature.
Thunderbolt: Electric. May Paralyze the opponent.
Shadow Ball: Ghost. May lower opponent’s Spec. Def.
Ice Shard/Ice Beam: Ice. Ice Shard- Priority. Ice Beam- May freeze the opponent.
Destiny Bond: Ghost. If the user faints while it is effect, the pokemon that did the knocking out also faints.
Item: Focus Sash (Trolls so hard)
Ability: Cursed Body (Snow Cloak is banned from most competitive sectors)
Welp another day comes to an end. i’ll see you trainers later. Have a nice weekend!
